In virtually every environmental organization, good communication and teamwork are essential to the successful completion of a task. AEPA repeatedly stresses the need to define the objective, plan ahead both prior to and during the course of an environmental task however, regardless of the amount of planning and knowledge of conditions, failure to properly communicate between supervisor and sub-ordinates may result in less than the quality of performance expected by the organization. Equally important in the requirement for good communication between AEPA representatives and those in government, school, and different environmental group.

AEPA also believe the protection of the environment is of critical importance, and this layout stresses the need to be sensitive to the protection of soil, water and air in planning and executing companies surrounding Mareb region activities.

Although it is the intention of AEPA to provide guideline for safe and efficient operations, it is not practical to cover every aspect of all operations. Accordingly, it is incumbent on everyone in Mareb to be aware of AEPA's desire for excellent in performance and to consult with the expertise in environmental issues when in doubt.

Safety, health and environmental concerns are vital issue that impact all of us in Mareb region as we carry out our daily work as we develop and implement long range plans. AEPA encourage each of you to study the attached layout statement as implementation of this solution to our problem in Mareb region is a shared responsibility that will require our diligent efforts, both individually and collectively, in applying our human resources in an effective manner to achieve maximum results.
