Introduction
Welcome to Abraad, LLC ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your use of our services, which include filming proof of concepts, film production support, filming creative reels, filming demo reels, filming acting reels, developing project pitch decks, developing marketing strategies, and overall film and production consultation (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Services
Abraad, LLC provides a variety of production and marketing services tailored to support your film and production needs. Our Services are detailed on our website and may be updated from time to time to reflect our latest offerings.

Use License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Abraad, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable
license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes only.

This license does not allow you to use any of our Services for any commercial purpose without obtaining a separate license from us.

Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Abraad, LLC and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Abraad, LLC.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Abraad, LLC and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
